Bookings

To make a reservation please use our Hallmaster booking system. Please check the room hire rates, frequently asked questions and images of the spaces available. Take a look at the information on children’s parties if that’s why you’re booking the hall.

You must read the terms and conditions before making a reservation.

Check the calendar below and click on the + sign on the date you would like to book. If this is your first use of Hallmaster, you will need to register. Please ensure you add your phone number at set up – it’s usually easier if we call you to discuss arrangements a few days before your event.

Once you have submitted the booking request, you will receive an invoice from us. Once you have paid the invoice, you will receive confirmation of your booking. We will then be in touch to make arrangements for opening the hall for your event.

The Village Hall is run by volunteers who have taken on the role in addition to work, home and other responsibilities. Booking requests and emails are checked and responded to within a few days – please bear with us if you don’t receive a response immediately.

The User Guide will show you how to make the most of Hallmaster beyond the simple steps above.

We now have hand sanitising stations in both lobbies, surface cleaners and wipes and a new cleaning routine in place. All adult Hall users must wear face coverings unless they are taking part in an exercise class. We are currently limiting numbers using the hall and applying social distancing in line with current government guidance.
