If the Hirer wishes to cancel the booking, a full refund will be given if another hirer goes ahead with a replacement booking.

If no replacement is found for the cancelled booking, then the following shall apply:
Cancellation 30 days in advance = full refund given
Cancellation 14-29 days in advance = 50% refund given
Cancellation under 14 days = no refund given.
